Office of Personnel Management Selects Ninth House as a Leadership Content Provider for GoLearn Contract
SAN FRANCISCO – Aug. 9, 2005 – Ninth House, a leadership development company, announced today its Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award from the U.S. Government’s Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide leadership development training to federal agencies under the Government Online Learning Center (GoLearn) initiative in support of the President’s Management Agenda. Ninth House is one of 17 companies awarded a contract for e-Learning content and is the only company focused exclusively on leadership, management and personal development.
Ninth House has a dedicated federal market practice based in the Washington, D.C. area with extensive experience working with high-profile federal organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Government Printing Office (GPO), U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and Department of Justice (DOJ) — including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Over the past five years more than 75,000 government employees have taken Ninth House leadership courses. The awarded contract underscores Ninth House’s commitment to the needs of this market.

Federal agencies will have access to the entire Ninth House curricula via the GoLearn contract. Ninth House was one of 50 companies across several categories selected to deliver e-Learning products and services to the federal government under OPM’s GoLearn contract.
