Learning and Implementation Services

When you initiate a learning program that includes Ninth House solution components, one of our highly experienced Learning Specialists will meet with key people in your organization to facilitate a strategy session.  During this session, we will discuss your initiative, including your business drivers and goals, and will determine which of our Best Practices will have the most impact on your successful deployment.  Once these key levers have been identified, our Learning Specialist will work with you to develop a targeted implementation plan to ensure your learning program produces the results you require.  Deliverables from this strategy session may include, depending upon your specific needs, an Implementation Plan (including sustainment activities), a Marketing and Communication Plan, a Measurement Strategy, and a Launch Plan.

If you do not have the internal resources or expertise at your disposal, Ninth House Learning Specialists can assist you with developing targeted marketing messages and other promotional materials, establishing and administering learner accounts, managing implementation activities and setting up custom reports to represent the metrics that matter to your organization. 

All of the activities leading up to, and including, the formal program launch are critical for creating awareness of business drivers, describing potential benefits to the organization and communicating executive support.  This is why Ninth House provides support not only around marketing and messaging, but also around the launch event. 

We can collaborate with you to develop a custom launch presentation to convey the business need and expected outcomes along with key logistic and course access information.  With many of our clients, we then go a step further by co-facilitating the launch session with a program sponsor from your organization.  This provides the learners with a solid understanding of why they are participating in the program, what is expected of them and the practical information they will need to successfully access and complete the program.

Classroom Training: Facilitation and Custom Materials

When your company’s learning needs go beyond a technology-delivered learning solution, Ninth House also offers Classroom Training Services for our clients who wish to further engage their employees and provide learners with a truly blended, integrated solution.

Ninth House Learning Specialists have experience facilitating both standard and custom application sessions for Ninth House courses and can provide on-site or virtual facilitation services for your organization. Our Ninth House team can also provide co-facilitated and “Train the Trainer” (T3) services  to your leadership staff so that you learn how to apply proven best practices to your Ninth House classroom training without having to carry additional overhead. 

In addition to providing facilitation services, Ninth House Learning Specialists can customize Ninth House classroom materials to reflect your organization’s culture, environment and/or business challenges, which will increase learner acceptance and adoption of the course content.

Client Administrator Training

If you have the internal resources to manage your learning program, Ninth House experts can quickly enable your team to effectively use the Ninth House Administrative website to add learners, assign courses and run reports.  This training also covers filtering learners into groups, viewing the status of a course (not started, in progress and completed), running reports and implementing multi-rater surveys and feedback processes for specific courses.
