Ninth House Technical Services offerings revolve around the development of a custom technical implementation strategy for rolling out Ninth House online solutions within your company’s existing IT infrastructure.  A technical implementation strategy can include any of the offerings describe below, based on your current environment and requirements. 

Technical Readiness Analysis and Implementation Plan

Five key technology areas must be reviewed in order to ensure a successful learning deployment.  These areas will be analyzed and addressed as part of a technical readiness assessment in preparation for deploying a Ninth House solution. The five areas include:  

• Support processes and existing guidelines
• Security requirements
• Integration requirements
• Desktop management policies/Internet access
• Media deployment strategy

Ninth House will partner with your IT group(s) to assess the state of your current technical environment as it relates to each of the five areas above and provide a technical readiness analysis report and a technical implementation plan based on your IT environment.

Standards-Based Learning Management System (LMS) Integration

If your company already has an LMS in place which supports current learning standards (e.g. AICC, ADL SCORM), the Ninth House Technical Services team can partner with you to integrate your learning solution with your LMS to provide basic AICC or ADL SCORM interoperability. This will ensure that your staff can seamlessly enroll and log-into your Ninth House learning solution  and track course usage through your LMS.

Custom Learning Management System Integration

If your company has already invested in an LMS and would like to integrate a Ninth House solution but the LMS does not support existing learning standards or you require additional functionality above that which a standards-based LMS integration can provide, a custom LMS integration will allow you to implement a solution that meets your interoperability requirements between Ninth House and your LMS.

Learner Portal Development

If you do not currently use an LMS within your organization Ninth House can help you create a customized learner experience for accessing our courses. The offering is comprised of a set of web pages, or a portal, which can be hosted by Ninth House or by you.  And it can be configured with your company colors, logo and custom messages and can include custom functionality based on your specific needs (e.g. single sign-on, complete layout flexibility, hybrid LMS/Portal integration, etc). 

Periodic File Transfer Development

The periodic file transfer offering allows the exchange of learner data through a uni-directional or bi-directional periodic data exchange. This is a great choice if you already have an internal system of record for learner registrations or completions such as an LMS or HRIS system but  do not want to establish a real-time integration.

Custom Report Development

The custom report offering allows you to obtain learner data in formats not supported by the standard reports provided by our administration tools.
